Who We Are

Our ministry team includes four board members Johnny Ervin, Keith Randazzo, John Ritchie, and Lawrence Sisung; associates who come alongside us in ministry from time to time; and numbers of prayer and financial supporters.

Currently Larry and Marcella Miller are the primary ministry staff.

Dr. Larry Miller

Before establishing EMI in 2004, Larry Miller ministered in South Louisiana for nearly thirty-five years—thirty years as Pastor of Berean Bible Church in New Orleans. He has experience in Bible teaching; administration of a growing, multi-staff church; development of elders who are committed to biblical roles; spiritual life issues; and culturally-sensitive evangelism.

Many have known Larry as a true shepherd and teacher. He holds a deep concern that that truth be presented accurately and clearly. Larry’s love of Roman Catholic people shines through in his Catholic evangelism and discipleship programs.

Larry Miller received both a master of theology and a doctor of ministry degree from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Marcella Miller

As a pastor’s wife, Marcella exercised her spiritual gifts primarily in women’s ministry. She established and directed the women’s ministry at Berean Bible Church in New Orleans and has helped several other churches develop women’s programs.

Marcella is experienced in Bible teaching, counseling, discipling, and speaking at retreats, and she has been involved in marriage enrichment and parenting training with her husband, Larry.
